Service Access Requirements

• Professional Background: Some advanced courses may require relevant work experience

Fair Usage Guidelines

To ensure quality service for all users:

Account Creation Requirements

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete registration information
• Unique Email: Each account must be associated with a unique email address

• Contact Information: Maintain current contact details for important communications

Account Security Responsibilities

• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Log out from shared or public computers after use
• Keep your account information updated and accurate
• Do not share your login credentials with others

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or course-specific rules
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Harassment of instructors, staff, or other students
• Repeated technical misuse or system abuse
• Non-payment of course fees or subscription charges

Prior to termination, we will generally provide notice and opportunity to remedy violations, except in cases of serious misconduct or legal requirements.

Multiple Account Policies

• Generally, one account per individual for personal use
• Corporate accounts may be established for multiple employees
• Contact us to discuss bulk licensing or organizational accounts
• Duplicate accounts for the same individual may be merged or terminated

Service Uptime & Maintenance

• Target Availability: We strive for 99.5% uptime for our online learning platform
• Scheduled Maintenance: Occasional maintenance windows will be announced in advance
• Emergency Maintenance: Unscheduled maintenance may occur for security or stability issues
• Third-Party Dependencies: Service availability may be affected by third-party providers

Course & Feature Availability

• Certain features may be temporarily unavailable during system upgrades
• Access to course materials typically remains available for 12 months after completion

Geographic Restrictions

• Our services are primarily designed for Finnish and European Union users

• Payment processing may vary by country
• Local laws and regulations may affect service availability in certain regions

Service Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify our services to:

• Improve educational quality and learning outcomes

• Maintain security and system stability

Significant changes to course content or service features will be communicated to affected users with reasonable advance notice.

Content Ownership

• Course materials are licensed to you for personal educational use only
• Instructor-created content, presentations, and methodologies are owned by Insight Pro
• Third-party content is used under license and subject to respective owner's terms
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain the property of Insight Pro

Student License Grant

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view course materials for personal learning purposes
• Download designated materials for offline study during your enrollment period
• Print reasonable portions of course materials for personal reference
• Create personal notes and annotations within the platform

This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, commercial use, or creation of derivative works without written permission.

Student-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of original work you create during courses
• Platform License: By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for educational and promotional purposes
• Portfolio Use: You may include course projects in professional portfolios with appropriate attribution
• Peer Review: Submitted work may be shared with classmates for peer review and learning purposes

Copyright Protection

Pricing & Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT where applicable
• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and corporate invoicing
• Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated fees
• Failed Payments: Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of course access
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

Subscription Services

• Recurring Billing: Subscription fees are charged automatically on the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings
• Pro-rata Refunds: Subscription cancellations do not typically qualify for pro-rata refunds
• Access Period: Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period

Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds apply to one-time course purchases, not subscription services

Educational Outcomes

• No Guarantee of Results: While we provide quality education, we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, certifications, or job placements
• Individual Performance: Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and external factors
• Certification Preparation: Our courses prepare you for certifications but passing is not guaranteed
• Industry Changes: Business analysis practices evolve; content reflects current best practices

Limitation of Liability

• Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insight Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Content you submit or share through our platform

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insight Pro regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by authorized representatives.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Survival

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
