Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including:

  • Internet outages or telecommunications failures
  • Labor strikes, civil unrest, or political instability

Finnish Legal Framework: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Primary Jurisdiction: Finnish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:

  • The invalid provision shall be severed from these terms
  • The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
  • The parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid provision with a valid one that achieves the same commercial purpose
  • The validity of the entire agreement shall not be affected
