Force Majeure Provisions

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters, epidemics, or public health emergencies
Government actions, regulations, or sanctions
Internet outages or telecommunications failures

Labor strikes, civil unrest, or political instability
Cyberattacks, data breaches, or security incidents
Acts of war, terrorism, or international conflicts

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Finnish Legal Framework: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Primary Jurisdiction: Finnish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms
Venue: Legal proceedings should be initiated in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland
EU Consumer Rights: EU residents may have additional rights under European consumer protection directives
International Users: Local laws may provide additional protections that cannot be waived by these terms

Dispute Resolution Procedures

Preferred Approach: We strongly encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication and negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Step-by-Step Resolution Process

Initial Contact (Required): Contact our customer service team in writing within 30 days of the issue arising. Provide detailed information about the dispute and desired resolution.
Internal Review (14 days): We will investigate the matter and respond with our findings and proposed resolution within 14 business days.
Escalation (Optional): If unsatisfied with our response, you may request escalation to senior management for additional review.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Both parties may agree to mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.
Legal Action (Last Resort): If all other methods fail, disputes may be submitted to the competent Finnish courts.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:

The invalid provision shall be severed from these terms
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
The parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid provision with a valid one that achieves the same commercial purpose
The validity of the entire agreement shall not be affected
